Swallow Cottage – Swallow Cottage is fully accessible in line with the National Accessible Scheme – Mobility (M1, M2, M3).
Swallow Cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 3 guests. It has a spacious open plan living area and adapted wetroom/bathroom.
We have had some fantastic reviews from wheelchair users recently:

Wheatlands Cottage – Wheatlands Cottage is graded Mobility M1. It isn’t fully adapted but has a huge walk in wet room facility which is very popular with wheelchair users.
Wheatlands Cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four guests. It has a huge living area and beautiful sunroom and is graded 5* Gold by VisitEngland.
We have had the following lovely reviews from wheelchair users:
- I’ve stayed in many many cottages but, WOW, this is by far the best one ever. So spacious, ideal for wheelchair/scooter users
- The cottage was absolutely amazing. Very warm, huge, well equipped and very clean. It was perfect for our daughter who uses a wheelchair

Wheatlands Cottage is beautiful with stunning views from the conservatory and dog friendly 🐶 We breakfasted in the sun in the blooming garden – what a treat! The cottage is super clean with a thoughtful layout and there’s everything you need. It’s also quite a large cottage for four people which is especially useful for accessibility. The wet-room bathroom is perfect for those with mobility issues as has a huge walk in shower with rails and there’s even a (removable) safety frame around the toilet. Can’t wait for our next trip!

The Cartshed – Brand new for Autumn 2025!
We know from talking to our guests that accessible holiday accommodation can be hard to find. That is one of the reasons why we decided to give our new cottage a beautiful accessible wetroom and level access throughout!
The Cartshed is a one bedroomed property sleeping up to two guests. As with all of our super-king beds, they can be split to make singles if preferred.
