Coronavirus Update

During these changing times we will continue to closely monitor Government regulations and industry guidelines and follow these accordingly.  All guests staying with us are required to follow Government regulations in force at the time.

There are currently no Coronavirus restrictions affecting self-catering holiday accommodation, however we do encourage guests to be responsible regarding this and to continue to ventilate the property frequently (particularly when there are visitors to the property), and of course keep washing or sanitising hands regularly.  We also ask that guests respect others on site and ensure they act accordingly to protect those who may be vulnerable.

We want to protect our staff and guests and to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable at Burradon Farm.  We understand that many people will still be very cautious and we want to reassure guests that we are continuing with our rigorous cleaning procedures which meet the industry standards implemented during the pandemic, even though these have now been discontinued. 

All of our cottages are self-contained with their own front door, perfect for social distancing.  We pride ourselves on our high standards of housekeeping (just look at our reviews on TripAdvisor and in our guest books!) and will continue to do all we can to ensure the comfort, health and wellbeing of everyone staying at Burradon Farm.  Our arrival time of 4.00 pm has been implemented in order to allow us time to complete this.

Availability is up to date on our online booking system, or please feel free to contact us directly to check availability.  Please note that online bookings are not confirmed until the booking has been processed and you have received confirmation of this from the online booking system – we may need to discuss your stay with you before we are able to confirm. 

You can rest assured that if your booking is cancelled as a result of Government imposed travel restrictions due to Coronavirus then we will offer alternative dates or a credit voucher.  For all other cancellations, guests may wish to refer to our Cancellation Policy contained within our Terms and Conditions.
