Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and all the usual electricals that make up the modern kitchen.

The individually designed sitting room exudes charm and elegance complimented by the facilities of the TV, DVD player and stereo system. This room has a comfortable armchair and settee, and a dining table and chairs to seat 4 people.

The light, bright bedroom has fitted wardrobes, drawer space and a dressing table. The well sprung mattress is complimented with crisp coordinating bed linen.

The fully fitted tiled bathroom benefits from a powerful Mira shower in a separate cubicle.
