The
1/4 mile private farm road leads to the farm cottages and houses which are
at the centre of a 400 acre working farm. There are public footpaths and
cycle ways through the fields and the nearest post office, shops and pubs
are a 10 minute walk away in Burradon village.
By car the A19 and A1 are easily accessed. Local buses from the end of the
farm road offer regular services to Newcastle and the Metro Station.

there are swimming pools, multi-screen cinemas, ice-skating rink, golf and race courses.
Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club, Newcastle United Football Club, Sunderland AFC and Gateshead
International Sports Stadium are a short drive away.

the coastal villages of Bamburgh, Seahouses and the historic Holy Island.
