Registered with the "Museums and Antiquities Society" is Jacobswell - the site of the main provision of water for the farm steading built IRO 1850; and a noble name for our largest and finest house.

The large entrance hall leads to a spacious breakfasting kitchen and a cosy sitting room. Upstairs the master bedroom is ensuite and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Each bedroom has 3 single beds, 2 of which can be converted into a comfortable king size bed.

The property has traditional pine furniture throughout and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with extensive fitted units stocked with a wide range of cooking utensils and crockery. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and all the usual electricals that make up the modern kitchen. The property has a dishwasher and dining facilities in the kitchen.

The individually designed sitting room exudes charm and elegance complimented by the facilities of the TV, DVD player and stereo system. There are comfortable arm chairs and a 4 seater settee for relaxing with a choice of reading material from the well stocked book shelves.

The fully fitted tiled bathrooms benefit from the addition of a bidet and a powerful Mira shower in a separate cubicle.
